As part of a collaboration with my colleague Ivo Peters, I will be giving a seminar on April 18th at the Aerodynamics and Flight Mechanics group. Besides talking about bubbles, we will also play with some “laser bubbles”.
A new audience, new challenges!

Faculty Colloquium at Delft
Last February 19th I was invited to give a lecture entitled Microfluidics and micro-fabrication tricks to improve energy efficiencies of ultrasonic cavitation and electrolysis. A beautiful new building, and a great audience.
Two lectures, one event in Barcelona
This week I will stay in Barcelona to give two lectures during the 10th World Congress of Chemical Engineering. On Monday, I will talk about Teaching Entrepreneurship and Process Intensification Principles in Twente, while on Thursday, the topic will be Synergising effects achieved with small scales and acoustic energy.

Lecture given to students at the Universidad de Murcia
The title was “Avances en aplicaciones a la industria alimentaria de los Ultrasonidos”, as part of the course “Tecnologías Emergentes 2016-17, Máster Universitario en Nutrición, Tecnología y Seguridad Alimentaria”. It was already warm in Spain at such an early time of the “spring” (March 10th).
Special guest lecturer in Israel
On March 2nd 2017 I will give a lecture on “Improving nanomaterials exfoliation inside a bag” as part of the BINA Annual Conference in Ein-Gedi, Israel.
