A beautiful interview
The technology magazine De Ingenieur has interviewed me and published Ik los graag praktische problemen op (in Dutch) “I like solving practical problems”. It belongs to the section called ‘Doelen & Drijfveren’ – where professionals talk about their passions and ambitions, and are linked to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
Bubbles and corners
Our work on Cavity collapse near slot geometries has been just published!It deals with bubbles collapsing close to slot geometries. We learned interesting details on how the liquid jet is formed, with implications for many practical situations, such as cleaning complex objects. This is a collaboration with Ivo Peters and Elijah D. Andrews.
